FOOD BOOTHS:

Food Booths - Will need to list the foods offered such that they won't compete directly with other foods being offered. The sooner you sign up your food booth, the greater the chance that your food booth will not compete with others. A MONETARY DONATION of 10% in value of proceeds is requested of food booths. Please use PayPal Donation Link at top of this page for Monetary Donations. Checks on day of event will also be accepted.

Vendor Booths as well as Craft Booth are requested to donate an item or offer a monetary donation to our silent auction to support the Salvisa Ruritan Club's charitable activities. VENDOR ACTIVITIES AND OPERATIONS

Vendors will NOT be charged for their booth set-up, but the Salvisa Ruritan Club would greatly appreciate a donation from your booth to our silent auction or a money donation directly to our scholarship fund. 1. Each vendor shall operate its business during the 2019 Salvisa Ruritan Country Day in a professional manner AND for the 90% of the scheduled bazaar: Vendors may arrive for set-up at Saturday, September 14, 2019. The event will take place 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Set-up space will be assigned by Salvisa Ruritan Club on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Each vendor is responsible for assembly, delivery, maintenance, tear-down and removal of all property. Vendors will not be supplied with any set-up materials for this outside event. This event is an outside event and no indoor spaces are available. 3. Each vendor shall display and offer for sale only such merchandise as identified in the Vendor Application. Salvisa Ruritan Club retains the right to have vendors remove merchandise not identified in the application. 4. Each vendor shall, at all times, be responsible for the vendor’s own booth and all property located therein, including without limitation, display equipment and materials, merchandise, inventory and money. No insurance of any kind will be furnished for the vendor. 5. Each vendor agrees to hold Salvisa Ruritan Club, its directors, officials, officers, agents, independent contractors, members, volunteers, or any third party harmless from any and all liability to persons or property, including without limitation, all losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) to the extent arising out of or resulting from any theft, personal injury, property damage, infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark or trade secret right, or other intellectual property right, private right, or any other proprietary of personal interest, and related by circumstances to the vendor’s participation in the 2019 Salvisa Ruritan Country Day.

Disclosures, Terms and Conditions

Only one vendor per trademarked business (e.g. Silpada, Tastefully Simple, Scentsy, Avon, Longaberger, etc.); we want to be exclusive where possible. This does not apply to crafters. For any questions please call 502-680-1977. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. We will be glad to answer any questions. 1. Each proposed vendor must submit a Vendor Application for consideration for the 2019 Salvisa Ruritan Country Day. Only vendors/applicants approved by the Salvisa Ruritan Club will be permitted to participate as a vendor. 2. Sales: All proceeds of a vendor’s sales shall be retained by the vendor. Each vendor is responsible for collection and remittance of all taxes relating to its sales and for indemnification of and holding Salvisa Ruritan Club and the 2019 Salvisa Ruritan Country Days harmless from any failure by the vendor to collect and remit such taxes in accordance with applicable law. 3. Along with the application, please include the number of space(s) you are requesting and any donations. The Salvisa Ruritan Country Day is the main fund-raiser for our community service club. Our main goal is to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors as well as offering community gatherings such as our Ruritan Day and Christmas parade. Please accept our invitation to join us on Ruritan Day and to donate an item to our Silent Auction or to our Scholarship fund. Thank you.
